A message from Pastor Dan West
"Yet the LORD longs to be gracious to you; therefore, he will rise up to show you compassion. For the LORD is a God of justice. Blessed are all who wait for him!" - Isaiah 30:18
Waiting is hard, and you all have been waiting quite a while. Soon, the wait will be over, and we will be able to join you in celebrating the answer to many prayers.
We are very excited for this new adventure and are ready to dive into the good things God has in store for us all in this new season! We appreciate your patience as the girls finish out their school year, as it is also giving us the time we need to more properly organize our move in order to make a smooth transition.
My wife, Patience, and I will have just celebrated our 24th wedding anniversary on May 18, prior to our arrival. Making this big move from North Carolina to Maryland along with the two of us will be our children still at home... Arianna (15), Leila (13 on May 14), and Landry (9 on April 25). Our adult children not making the move are Logan (28), Grant (27), Vivienne (21), and Sophie (19).
Please know that we are very grateful for all that the church has done and continues to do to facilitate our transition. There are a lot of things happening, but that's just part of the moving process. Thankfully, the wait is almost over!
Blessings!
Pastor Dan
